We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and I have to say Verdins Nest was above and beyond any expectations we had! The home had everything we needed and more! The views were spectacular, the home was cozy and so peaceful and relaxing! The hot tub under the stars were amazing! We saw 3 shooting stars! It was a little chilly for wild life but we did see plenty of birds and a tarantula! We would love to come again! The only bad thing was leaving. Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a wonderful time!

The home was everything we hoped for and more! Big compliments to the decorator. Such great detail to making a simple space so beautiful. We were fortunate to have a strawberry moon under the stars. I would definitely recommend and hope to return sometime soon.

What a wonderful nest, fabulous view, the birding, landscaping and all the artful touches, Rebecca and Pete have an amazing retreat. We feel very fortunate to have stayed. And your quick response to us was really appreciated, especially since it was 5 hours on the road due to a terrible accident. Our minds were mush and to walk into Verdin's Nest opened, with lights on was so magical. Many many thanks, best birthday ever!!

You need a quiet cozy beautiful location to get away it's perfect. Would definitely return & recommend anyone to add this spot to your " MUST GO LIST '

Verdin's Nest is a great little home with a nice view of the Morongo Valley. It is warm, full of light, and nicely appointed. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day hiking in Joshua Tree. It's the kind of place that one could easily see as a second home.
