Welcome to Chateau Evie James, a newly remodeled high-end luxury home just minutes from the best wineries and vineyards in Wine Country Temecula. We are sure you’ll feel right at home and enjoy the beautiful views, brilliant sunsets, endless stargazing and plenty of room to spread out and relax in the secluded backyard.  Inside the home is fully remodeled and equipped with high quality chefs kitchen amenities, custom game room, cozy beds and mattresses, luxurious linen bedding, and warm, comfy furniture curated by professional designers.  Guests will have access to the entire property and it is the ideal home bringing high end amenities and a fresh aesthetic together to make your stay comfortable and stylish.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT

There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation



• CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is anytime after 4pm

Checkout is anytime before 11am



• CAMERA

Outdoor driveway facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home.



The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We require hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest’s stay. We prohibit security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas.



• PETS

Dogs are allowed with approval and there is a $100 per dog fee (max 2 dogs).



• DIRECTIONS

GPS should bring you easily to the property



• ROAD TO THE HOUSE

The road to the house is all paved to get to the property.



• POOL

There is no fence around the pool. While kids and young children are welcome, it needs to be understood that the kids can get into the pool directly from any doors of the house.



Currently, the pool is NOT heated. The hot tub is hot at no additional fee.



• A/C &  Heater

Chateau Evie James is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning through the house to keep you comfortable all year long.



• LOFT

The loft is an open space on the second floor. There is a pullout full size bed (also known as a double). There are no doors and it is a completely open space with TV. It could be a great place for the kiddos to sleep but may not be the most comfortable for adults since there is no privacy.



• FIRE

Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.

If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.



• HOT TUB + POOL - legal

There is no fence around the pool. While kids and young children are welcome, it needs to be understood that the kids can get into the pool directly from the back doors of the house.



Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and hot tub.





• GUESTS

You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.  That includes day guests and over night guests.





By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
