Welcome to Nuevo Sol, a comfortable and inviting desert oasis just minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. We hope you will enjoy the refreshing in-ground swimming pool, large hot tub, custom fire pit and boulders, well equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfortable bedrooms, indoor fireplace and the all-around great vibes.
Whether you are relaxing with a cocktail by the pool, stargazing in the yard, cooking a great meal with family and friends in the kitchen or with the BBQ, we are sure you will love every minute in this desert getaway home.
Centrally located, Nuevo Sol is the perfect jumping off point to enjoy all that the high desert has to offer. The house is just a 12-minute drive from the black rock park entrance, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree Saloon, and 14 minutes to Pappy & Harriets and La Copine.

Once the booking has been completed, there will be a mandatory signature required on the Town of Yucca Valleys, Good Neighbor Brochure. That will need to be completed to secure your reservation.

The house is heated and cooled by central AC and heat.
• NO WOODEN OUTSIDE FIRES
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. *Propane fire pits are currently allowed.
• POOL
Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.
• POOL + HOT TUB
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.
